About language. We work in Korean. The easiest way to reach us is a text message with your address — we translate it and it works reliably. Calling is fine too: we use live call translation, and switch to text if it gets stuck. Most jobs need almost no talking: you send the address, we arrive, we open the door.

Many people try to work the TSA keyhole themselves. Most of these locks are plastic, and once they break, the repair costs more. If it won't open, contact us right away.
To avoid it: when you set a new combination, test it a few times with the lock still open before you close it.
We can come out. For your safety, before we start we will ask you to confirm two things in front of us:
Locked out of your apartment or office. We open it without damaging the door wherever that is possible, and this is always what we try first.
Keypad not responding, beeping, motor turning but not opening. Repair or replacement with genuine parts — Gateman, Solity, Hyekang, Milre, Locpro.
Keys cut for Korean and imported cars, including smart keys. Car doors unlocked.
Forgotten combination, dead battery, dial spinning freely, lost key. Opened and repaired.
Keypad locks for glass shopfront doors, floor hinge replacement, door closers.
Secondary keypad locks, door chains, door stoppers, lock cylinder replacement.

Where a vehicle cannot get through, we come by motorcycle.
Opening a door is something we will only do for someone who has the right to go inside. It is a nuisance when it is your own door — but it is the same rule that protects your home when you are not standing in front of it.

Mail counts if it has your name and that address on it — a utility bill, a management fee notice, even a delivery slip.
If your documents are difficult, say so on the phone. Working with police present is a normal route, not a last resort.

Yes. We come to where you are staying anywhere in Seoul (hotel, guesthouse or Airbnb) and open combination or key locks on suitcases and travel bags. From 30,000 KRW (VAT excluded), call-out included. Please don't force the TSA keyhole yourself: most of these locks are plastic, and a broken one costs more to fix. Text your address and a photo of the lock to +82-10-5642-4757.
We can come out. Before we start, you confirm two things in front of us: your relationship with the host (booking confirmation or messages with the host) and your relationship with the place (the name on the booking matches your passport or ID).
From 30,000 KRW, VAT excluded. The call-out is included — there is no separate travel charge. A safe starts at 100,000 KRW. The final price depends on the lock and the condition of the door, and we tell you the estimate before starting.
Roughly 15 to 30 minutes depending on the district, in normal traffic. We are based in Dongjak-gu and cover all 25 districts of Seoul, 24 hours a day, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
We try non-destructive entry first, as a standing rule. Most doors open with no damage at all. If a lock genuinely cannot be opened without damage, we tell you before we start.
Photo ID plus something linking your name to that address — a lease, a utility bill, or posted mail. For foreign residents a passport or ARC works as the ID. If you cannot prove it, we can still do the job with police present. We do not open doors for people who cannot show the right to enter.
Cash or Korean bank transfer. WeChat Pay, Alipay and similar apps are difficult for us to accept.
Contact your host or the building owner first. We need their agreement before opening a door you are renting short-term.
